Are you a busy woman finding it hard to make time to exercise and eat right? Maybe you’re pregnant or postpartum, worrying about losing that baby weight and strengthening your new body? Or perhaps you want to instill healthy eating habits and fitness into your daughter’s life?

I can help! I’ve been there as a both a working mom and a stay-at-home mom of four sons ranging from ages 3 to 18. Whether you want to lose weight, increase your muscle mass while losing body fat, or reach new levels of fitness, I can help you get there. I work only with girls and women of all ages and, as a woman in her 40s, I bet I’ve experienced most of the issues plaguing you. Together, we will figure out a way for you to carve out time for yourself.

All of my services include nutrition counseling and guidance – because exercise is only part of the equation. Based on your specific goals, I’ll teach you what to eat, when to eat it, and even how to prepare it. You will train in a private studio, with no worries about who is watching you. Most importantly, I’ll be there for you 24/7 – whether that means talking you out of eating a donut at the office or checking your form during a supplemental workout via FaceTime, I’m here to support you in any way you need.
