For new clients, this plan will get you in shape before summer arrives. Spend the next couple of months working out with me 3x/week, and I promise you’ll see results by summer! You’ll train for 60 min, 3 times per week in my indoor studio, and you’ll receive meal planning and nutrition guidance to assist you every step of the way. Additional workouts to do on your own available through online training at no extra cost. If you’d like to book more than 3 sessions per week, additional sessions are $45/hour. $150/week. Perfect attendance for four consecutive weeks earns you a free session!


I want you to achieve your goals, but if you’re only working out with me once per week and not eating properly, then you probably won’t see the results you’d like. Therefore, as part of your session, I am happy to send you home with “homework” – workouts you can do on your own throughout the week. Send me proof of it (a short video, feedback, time/reps information, etc.) and I’ll give you $10 off your next training session! There’s no limit to the number of times you can use this discount, and it will never expire. Offer applies only to clients paying the full rate ($65/session for studio training or $85/session for in-home training).
