FITNESS CONSULTATION – FREE!

This initial consultation is free and involves us sitting down to discuss your medical and exercise history, prior and current injuries, likes and dislikes, nutrition and diet, and what you’d like to achieve.

We’ll take body measurements for a baseline reference point and go over form and alignment for fundamental movements.  With that information, I will be able to develop the perfect training program for you!

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING (IN STUDIO)

Personal Training in a private environment with workouts tailored to your particular fitness level and goals. Each session is fully customized for you to create muscle confusion and prevent boredom.

All sessions are 60 minutes, and discounts are given to clients who commit to multiple sessions.

Prices are as follows:
      * One hour – $65
      * 5 one hour sessions – $300
      * 10 one hour sessions – $550
      * 20 one hour sessions – $1050

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING (IN YOUR HOME)

Personal Training in the privacy of your home with workouts fully customized for you to create muscle confusion and prevent boredom. I will bring all necessary equipment to your home. All sessions are 60 minutes, and discounts are given to clients who commit to multiple sessions.

Prices are as follows:
      * One hour – $85
      * 5 one hour sessions – $400
      * 10 one hour sessions – $750
      * 20 one hour sessions – $1450

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training for you and a friend at a discounted rate. You and your friend don’t need to be at the same fitness level or have the same goals; workouts will be customized for each of you. Don’t have a buddy who wants to join you? I can pair you with another client! All sessions are 60 minutes with warm-up and cool-down included.

Prices are as follows:
      * One hour – $45
      * 5 one hour sessions – $210
      * 10 one hour sessions – $400
      * 20 one hour sessions – $750

ONLINE TRAINING

Are you located too far away from Thousand Oaks to make training with me practical? Or would you like to train with me, but can’t fit it within your budget to do so? If so, online training may be the right fit for you. We’ll start by meeting either in person or via phone/Skype to discuss your medical and fitness history, prior and current injuries, likes and dislikes, nutrition and diet, and what you’d like to achieve. I’ll talk you through taking full body measurements for a baseline reference point, and we’ll go over form and alignment for fundamental movements like squats, deadlifts, lunges, and push-ups. With this information, I’ll build your first month’s template of exercises using the site https://www.totalcoaching.com. This is the site you’ll log into – either on your computer or your phone – to retrieve your workouts, watch videos of each of the exercises, and message me if you have questions about them. The number of sets, reps, and load/weight will be specified for each of your exercises, and you’ll use the app to record exactly what you did for each of the exercises. With that feedback, I can adjust your next workout(s) as needed.

With online training, you also get two phone or Skype calls per month to discuss progress and ask questions, and I answer workout or nutrition related emails each Sunday. This is a great interactive option for clients who want a personal trainer but lack the finances or ability to come to my studio.
